• Strong understanding of online bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to handle client calls and negotiate deals
• Basic knowledge of project requirements and industry trends

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects to secure clients
• Communicate with clients effectively and understand their needs
• Coordinate with the team to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into long-term partnerships

Requirements:

• English medium background or strong proficiency in English
