Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suitable projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
• Prepare and submit compelling proposals that align with client requirements.
• Maintain records of bids, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather project details and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience on freelance platforms like Upwork or Freelancer.
• Strong written communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Knowledge of IT/software services is a plus.
