Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Food Technologist with a passion for cookies and industrial baking to relocate and lead production for a growing FMCG company in Malawi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize cookie recipes for cost-efficiency, consistency, and shelf life
• Standardize baking parameters and reduce production waste
• Train staff and ensure batch consistency on the factory floor
• Innovate and develop new cookie variants
• Manage food safety, hygiene protocols, and production documentation
• Coordinate with procurement and management for smooth plant operations
