About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Head to lead our accounting and finance operations remotely. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling audits, taxation, and overall financial management with ease.

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including audits and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws and regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Implement financial policies, controls, and procedures.
• Lead and guide the accounting team to achieve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior accountant or finance head.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently in a remote setup.
