We’re Hiring: Finance Executive – Education Sector

Location: Lahore

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 125,000

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our education-focused team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and managing payables/receivables within a structured organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with academic and operational budget planning
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
• Reconcile bank statements and support treasury functions
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Support financial aid programs such as scholarships and loan disbursements
• Utilize Excel, ERP, and cloud-based finance tools for reporting and automation
• Liaise with partners, vendors, and institutions for payment-related matters

Required Skills:

• Financial reporting and budgeting
• Loan disbursement knowledge (if applicable)
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/cloud finance tools
