Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced 3D Modeler & Architectural Visualizer to join our in-house team. This role requires deep expertise in clean quad-based topology modeling, especially for custom furniture and hard-surface objects, along with advanced skills in PBR material setup and photorealistic rendering for interior and architectural scenes. If you are passionate about precision modeling and creating high-end, photoreal renders, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality, quad-based 3D models of custom furniture and hard surface assets with clean topology.

Apply PBR materials for photorealistic surface detailing and texture accuracy.

Render interior and architectural scenes using Corona Renderer (required) and optionally V-Ray.

Collaborate with the design and visualization team to achieve a unified visual direction.

Maintain organized, optimized files with clear naming and layer conventions.

Troubleshoot modeling or rendering issues efficiently.
