We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Punching Master who can create and prepare embroidery designs using a Welcome Punching Machine. The candidate should have hands-on experience in punching/digitizing embroidery designs for joti, garments, or fabric.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create embroidery designs using Welcome Punching Machine.
• Prepare punching cards/punching files for embroidery production.
• Understand design patterns and convert them into machine-ready embroidery punching.
• Ensure accuracy, proper stitch settings, and clean output.
• Work with the production team to deliver designs on time.
• Perform punching embroidery work on joti/footwear as per design requirements.
• Ensure clean finishing and quality of embroidery work.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in embroidery punching/embroidery digitizing.
• Experience with Welcome punching machine or similar embroidery punching systems.
• Knowledge of embroidery patterns, stitch types, and machine settings.
• Ability to work onsite in New Karachi Industrial Area.
• Hardworking and responsible.
