We're Hiring: E-commerce Specialist (Remote)
Are you passionate about online retail and driving growth through optimized e-commerce experiences? We’re looking for a skilled E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online stores across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Wix.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and optimize online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Manage listings, pricing, images, and product descriptions
- Conduct market research to identify trends and sales opportunities
- Improve product visibility through SEO & CRO techniques
- Launch and manage promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Collaborate with design & marketing teams for brand consistency
- Analyze store traffic and sales data to drive continuous improvement
- Integrate shipping, payments, and inventory systems
- Enhance store speed, UX, and mobile responsiveness
- Report performance insights and actionable recommendations
- 3–5 years of e-commerce store management experience
- Hands-on with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Wix
- Solid grasp of e-commerce SEO and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo
- Experience with UK/Irish markets or eco-conscious brands is a plus
- Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS and ad platform experience (Meta, Google, TikTok)
