Job Description:

We are hiring a Dispatch and Hauling Broker Specialist based in Pakistan to manage freight operations for 

U.S. clients. You will coordinate with American shippers and carriers, book loads, dispatch trucks, 

and ensure smooth transportation from pickup to delivery.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch trucks across the U.S. for different types of freight (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, etc.).

Negotiate competitive freight rates with shippers and carriers.

Book loads using load boards like DAT, Truckstop, etc.

Track and monitor freight to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Build strong relationships with drivers, carriers, and customers.

Handle documentation, carrier compliance, and problem-solving during transit.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in U.S. Dispatching or Freight Brokering (Required).

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Familiar with U.S. transportation regulations (FMCSA compliance).

Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and TMS software.

Ability to work U.S. time zones (Night shifts).

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of U.S. truck types (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Power Only, Hotshot).

Experience with CRM or Dispatch Management Software.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Compensation:

High commission-based structure.
