Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer complaints promptly, providing suitable solutions and alternatives.
• Ensure customer issue resolution through diligent follow-up.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed performance quotas.
• Strong phone contact handling skills with active listening capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.

Education:

Graduates from reputable universities are preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Benefits:

Monthly salary increment based on performance. 1 month of paid training. Salary Package 35k plus 500 increment every month.
