Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with business objectives

Oversee the management of the organization's information systems and technology infrastructure.

Lead digital transformation initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation.

Collaborate with the Chief Digital Officer to enhance digital channels, governance and analytics capabilities.

Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve operational performance and competitive advantage.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirement.

Manage the IT budget, optimizing costs while delivering value to the organization.

Job Specifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Proven experience as a CIO, CTO, or any senior managerial positions in IT.

Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

Strong understanding of digital channels, governance practices and data analytics.

Excellent leadership and people management skills with a focus on team building.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
