We are seeking a highly motivated Chat Support & Sales Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, deep knowledge of digital marketing services, and the ability to convert high-quality leads into final sales through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Upwork, Bark, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and convert potential clients through chat support and social platforms.

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Branding, etc.).

• Build trust and rapport with leads to drive successful conversions.

• Manage communications across multiple platforms (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Upwork, Bark).

• Provide detailed consultations and guide clients toward suitable service packages.

• Ensure a high conversion rate and maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in chat support and sales, preferably in the digital marketing field.

• Strong command of English (written and verbal).

• Ability to handle multiple chats and platforms simultaneously.

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing services and client needs.

• Previous experience in using Bark, upwork, or Facebook similar platforms is a plus.

• Target-driven with a proactive attitude.

Salary:

• Competitive and based on experience.

Shift Timing:

• 9 PM to 5 AM 

Location:

• Gulshan, Karachi (On-site position)
