Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and highly skilled Certified QuickBooks Online Consultant to assist businesses in managing their finances through effective use of QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on setup, implementation, training, and ongoing support to ensure businesses maximize their use of QuickBooks Online. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their accounting needs, offering strategic solutions, and troubleshooting issues to optimize their accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Provide personalized QuickBooks Online consultations to clients, assessing their financial needs, recommending the best solutions, and offering expert advice on QuickBooks Online features and functionalities.

Setup & Implementation: Lead the setup and configuration of QuickBooks Online for new clients, ensuring the system is tailored to their specific business needs and accounting processes.

Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for clients and their teams to ensure they are proficient in using QuickBooks Online. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for users encountering issues.

Financial Reporting: Assist clients in generating accurate financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, using QuickBooks Online.

Process Improvement: Review clients' existing accounting systems and processes, providing recommendations to streamline operations and improve efficiency through QuickBooks Online.

Ongoing Account Management: Offer ongoing consultation and support to clients to ensure their QuickBooks Online systems remain up-to-date and efficient, especially during tax season and year-end closing.

Custom Solutions: Help clients customize QuickBooks Online to meet unique business requirements, including integrations with third-party applications or developing automated workflows.

Compliance & Best Practices: Advise clients on best accounting practices, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements to ensure proper recordkeeping and financial reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor: Required to hold an active QuickBooks Online certification.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with QuickBooks Online in a consulting or accounting role, providing expertise in setup, training, and troubleshooting.

Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.

Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of QuickBooks Online functionality, including integrations with other software tools and the ability to customize the platform.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain complex accounting concepts and software features to clients.

Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and offer practical solutions to clients.

Customer-Centric: Ability to work with a diverse range of clients, adapting communication and service delivery to their specific needs and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Project Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with clients across multiple industries (Ecommerce Industry, B2b Experience, such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, B2b Business, US Market Experience)

Familiarity with tax software integrations and the ability to assist with year-end tax preparation.

Experience with accounting automation and advanced QuickBooks Online features.
