Job Summary:

This role is crucial in ensuring accurate car classification and competitive pricing within our catalog. The ideal candidate will have deep automotive knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a small team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Car Classification: Analyze and map vehicles from classifieds to their correct trim in our catalog, ensuring accuracy in model identification, facelift versions, and specifications.

Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in the UAE car industry, including changes in car models, facelifts, and pricing dynamics.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance on accurate vehicle mapping and pricing methodologies.

Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with the pricing and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of pricing data and catalog accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive Car Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, including industry norms, specifications, trim levels, and facelift versions.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in the car industry in roles related to pricing, cataloging, or automotive purchase / sales.

Training Skills: Ability to lead and train a small team, ensuring high performance and accuracy in their work.

Detail-Oriented & Multitasking: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to assess and map vehicles accurately and efficiently.

Clear Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey pricing insights and collaborate with internal teams.
