We are a growing software house based in Karachi, delivering custom solutions in web development, mobile applications, and AI-based platforms. Our team consists of skilled freelancers, and we are now expanding operations by hiring a Business Development Executive to help bring in consistent client projects through international outreach.

Role Overview

This role involves finding, pitching, and closing projects for our software services using freelance platforms, outbound outreach, and professional communication. You will act as the front-facing sales lead and coordinate closely with the founder to grow our client base.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads using platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and Social Media Platforms
• Write and send proposals or direct outreach messages to prospects
• Schedule meetings and calls between clients and the technical team
• Maintain a lead tracking system (Google Sheets, Notion, or Trello)
• Report progress weekly and iterate on outreach strategies
• Suggest new platforms, tools, or channels to improve client acquisition

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic understanding of website, mobile, and software development services
• Previous experience in sales, freelance bidding, or business development is a plus
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
• Must be based in Karachi, Pakistan
• Comfortable with night shift (6 PM – 2 AM PKT)

Work Schedule

• Remote work
• 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• 8 working hours per day (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM with a break)
