Search LinkedIn daily for the right kind of prospects (we'll help you define the profile)

Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages — no spray-and-pray

Apply to relevant job posts on our behalf

Write custom cover letters and intro emails for each application (no copy-paste templates)

Research each prospect before reaching out — their company, their role, what they might actually care about

Manage a simple tracker/CRM so we know who was contacted, when, and what they said

Hand off interested leads to the team for the actual sales conversation

Report weekly on what's working (which messages get replies, which job categories convert, etc.)

You can write in natural, clear English. If your messages read like they came from a template or Google Translate, this role isn't for you. We'll test this in the interview.

You pay attention to detail. A typo in a prospect's name or the wrong company reference kills a lead instantly.

You're organized. You can keep track of 100+ ongoing conversations without losing the thread.

You're patient and consistent. Outreach is repetitive work. The people who win at it are the ones who show up every day and keep tweaking their approach.

You're curious. You look at a company's website before writing to them, not after.
