A Tech Sight LLC is hiring a Business Developer & Closer to take leads from Upwork, Fiverr, and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) — and convert them into paying clients.

Location: Karachi – Onsite (Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-C)

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Timings: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Compensation: Market Competitive Salary + Attractive Sales Commission

Monthly Target: $3K – $5K revenue

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads from Upwork, Fiverr, and Social Media
• Attend client meetings, negotiate, and close deals
• Collaborate with the bidding & marketing team for smooth sales flow
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and report weekly progress
