Job Summary

Alasoft is seeking a proactive and analytical Blockchain Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the crypto space, DeFi, and trading strategies. You'll play a key role in monitoring market conditions, supporting market-making operations, analyzing blockchain data, and collaborating with technical and trading teams to ensure optimal performance across platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Monitoring
• Continuously track and analyze cryptocurrency market activity, including token performance, price volatility, liquidity depth, and trading volume trends.
• Strategy Support (MM/AMM)
• Assist in designing, implementing, and optimizing Market Making and Automated Market Making strategies across both centralized and decentralized exchanges (CEXs/DEXs).
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to summarize key metrics, evaluate market health, and track strategy performance.
• On-chain/Off-chain Analysis
• Monitor blockchain data, liquidity pools, and DEX transactions to identify anomalies, arbitrage opportunities, or significant trends.
• Tool Management
• Leverage platforms like Dune Analytics, Nansen, DeBank, TradingView, CoinGecko, etc., to gather actionable market insights.
• Collaborative Support
• Work closely with trading, technology, and product teams to improve operations and ensure strategic alignment across departments.

Requirements

Proven understanding of cryptocurrency markets, DeFi protocols, and blockchain ecosystems.

Strong knowledge of Market Making and AMM mechanisms (e.g., Uniswap, Curve, Balancer).

Experience working with analytics tools, dashboards, and APIs for real-time market tracking and reporting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
