We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully bidding on and winning projects on Upwork, with a target of securing projects worth $4,000 to $5,000 monthly. You will be responsible for identifying potential projects, crafting compelling proposals, and managing client communication to secure new business opportunities.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Upwork’s platform, and the ability to work independently. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for connecting clients with the right talent, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork that align with our services.

Write persuasive, customized proposals to win projects.

Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.

Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets.

Maintain a high response rate and positive client feedback.

Track and manage multiple bids simultaneously.

Stay updated on Upwork’s policies, trends, and best practices.

Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth project handover after winning bids.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 3+ Years as an Upwork Bidder or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful bids.

Must Have:

Ability to meet a monthly target of securing projects worth $4,000 to $5,000.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong understanding of Upwork’s platform, including bidding strategies and client management.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Familiarity with various industries and freelance services (e.g., web development, graphic design, content writing, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working as a freelancer or managing freelance projects.

Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Slack).

Familiarity with Upwork’s Connects system, bidding algorithms & profile optimization strategy.

What We Offer:

Salary ranging between PKR 100,000 to PKR 125,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

Commission on projects secured above the monthly target.
