We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Node.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the backend architecture, mentor junior team members, and ensure the performance, security, and scalability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the backend architecture and implementation
• Collaborate closely with the frontend team to ensure smooth integration
• Lead and mentor interns, review their code, and guide them technically
• Ensure proper project handover with clean, understandable code
• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation
• Handle deployment, server management, and production issues
• Ensure backend performance, security, and scalability

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience Level: 2–3 years of relevant backend development experience
• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js
• Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs
• Solid knowledge of MongoDB
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2 and S3 Bucket
• Working knowledge of Docker
• Proficient with Git & GitHub
• Basic understanding of Frontend development (to collaborate effectively)
