Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Pre-Sales to join our esteemed Pre-Sales team. Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager - Pre-Sales will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by identifying and developing new business opportunities, designing and delivering compelling solutions to clients, and driving successful project outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Engagement:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Design and deliver comprehensive business solutions for a wide range of services, including FTTH, dark fiber, and other telecom solutions.
• Lead the pre-sales process, including client meetings, requirement gathering, solution design, pricing, and proposal development.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and train the sales team on new products and services.
• Support the sales team in technical discussions and presentations to clients.
• Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and other relevant departments to ensure successful project delivery.

Bid Management:

• Lead RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Develop winning proposals and bid responses that effectively address client requirements.
• Review and negotiate contracts in collaboration with legal and relevant stakeholders.

Business Development:

• Assist in the development and launch of new products and services.
• Support pricing strategies and marketing efforts.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
