Required Skills & Expertise:

1. Amazon, Etsy & eBay Marketplace Expertise

Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Etsy Seller Hub, and eBay Seller Hub

Experience with FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) & FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant)

Knowledge of Amazon, Etsy & eBay policies to avoid account suspension

2. Product Listing & Optimization

Adding & managing product listings (Title, Bullet Points, Descriptions)

Keyword research using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp

SEO-friendly content optimization for all platforms

Expertise in A+ Content & Brand Registry (if applicable)

3. Inventory & Order Management

Monitoring stock levels & handling restocking

Managing FBA shipments, Etsy & eBay inventory planning

Tracking returns & refunds efficiently

4. PPC Advertising & Marketing

Managing Amazon PPC, Etsy Ads & eBay Promoted Listings

Analyzing ACOS, TACOS, and ROI for ad performance

Running promotions, coupons, and discount strategies

5. Customer Service & Reviews Management

Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and refunds

Managing product reviews & negative feedback

Ensuring high Order Defect Rate (ODR), Seller Ratings & Customer Satisfaction

6. Competitor & Market Analysis

Conducting competitor research & pricing strategies

Staying updated with market trends & seasonal demand

7. Data Analysis & Reporting

Generating sales reports & performance analytics

Using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and Marketplace Reports

8. Knowledge of E-commerce Tools & Software

Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AMZScout (for Amazon product research)

Marmalead, Alura (for Etsy SEO & keyword analysis)

Terapeak, eBay Analytics (for eBay market research)

Keepa, CamelCamelCamel (for price tracking)

Sellics, Sellerboard (for profit analytics)

9. Basic Graphic Design & Content Creation (Optional but useful)

Knowledge of Canva & Photoshop for basic image editing

Writing engaging content for product descriptions & ads

10. Strong Communication & Time Management

Fluent in English (for handling customer queries)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
