We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Representative / Appointment Setter who is comfortable speaking with US business owners and booking qualified appointments.

Responsibilities

* Cold call US insurance agencies

* Speak with agency owners and decision-makers

* Identify pain points and business challenges

* Present AI automation solutions

* Book qualified appointments

* Achieve daily outreach targets

Requirements

* Fluent spoken English

* Cold calling / B2B sales experience preferred

* Strong communication & objection handling

* Laptop with stable internet connection

* Comfortable working US business hours

Schedule

Monday to Friday

8:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

Saturday & Sunday Off

Compensation

100% Commission-Based

No fixed salary. Earn commission for every client closed through your booked appointments. Full commission details will be discussed during the interview.
