We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will work on building scalable ML systems, optimizing model performance, and deploying models into production environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in machine learning, data processing, and production-level AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
• Build scalable data pipelines and feature engineering workflows.
• Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models using large datasets.
• Deploy ML models into production environments and maintain them.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to solve real-world problems using AI.
• Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference latency.
• Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.
• Research and implement new AI techniques and tools when required.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI development.

Required Skills

• 3–6+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
• Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
• Experience with model deployment and API development.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and data structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems.
• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.).
• Experience with distributed computing or big data frameworks.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
