Responsibilities:

Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including transaction posting, accounts receivable (A/R), and accounts payable (A/P) management

Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy across all financial data

Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements and management reports

Utilize QuickBooks Online for maintaining and analyzing financial records

Generate advanced analytical reports using Zoho Analytics

Develop financial forecasts and models using Microsoft Excel

Ensure compliance and completeness of all accounting processes

Collaborate effectively with the Canadian finance team with a minimum of 5 hours daily overlap with Montreal (Eastern Time) business hours

Specifications:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Zoho Analytics

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA (Fully or Partially) is a plus.
