Job Description

Ismail Iqbal Securities (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Officer to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Com degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting records and general ledger.

- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable.

- Manage cash receipts, payments, and vouchers.

- Prepare monthly financial and management reports.

- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.

- Assist with payroll processing and tax-related documentation.

- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

- B.Com (Required).

- 2-3 years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience.

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree/Sage, or ERP).

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Experience in a brokerage, financial services, or banking sector will be an added advantage.
