Job Title: Accountant – Karachi (Onsite)

Startitup Global is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our growing team. This position is critical for maintaining seamless financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by promptly recording all transactions.

✔️ Financial Statements & Reporting: Prepare, Analyze, and manage financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.

✔️ VAT Returns: Accurately prepare and submit VAT returns under multiple VAT schemes.

✔️ Corporation Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of Corporation Tax returns in accordance with HMRC regulations.

✔️ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable financial laws, industry standards, and regulations.

✔️ Payroll Processing: Support payroll preparation & execution and ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.

✔️ Audit Support: Provide detailed documentation and necessary assistance for internal and external audits.

✔️ General Finance Administration: Oversee daily financial operations to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

✔️ Self-Assessment: Prepare and manage Self-Assessment filings for individuals.

Requirements

�� Qualifications:

· ACCA (Qualified or Part-Qualified – Minimum Skill Level required).

�� Experience:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in a UK finance role.

�� Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel.

�� Location:

· Shahra-e-Faisal, Jinnah Housing Society, Karachi.

�� Working Hours:

· 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (UK Time) | Monday to Saturday.
