What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Max Designer specializing in Trade Marketing. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of retail branding, in-store displays, Trade Activations, and POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
Key Responsibilities:
- 3D Design & Visualization – Develop high-quality 3D models, renders, and animations for Trade Marketing displays, exhibition booths, retail kiosks, and POSM.
- Retail & In-Store Branding – Design innovative, eye-catching Trade Marketing materials, including Gondolas, shelf talkers, standees, and checkout branding.
- Concept Development – Transform brand strategies into visually engaging retail experiences and activations.
- Production-Ready Designs – Ensure feasibility of designs by collaborating with vendors, understanding materials, and optimizing designs for execution.
- Trend Awareness – Stay updated on trade marketing trends, shopper behavior, and new branding techniques.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
Who You Are:
- Experience : 3+4 years of experience in 3D Design for Trade Marketing, retail branding, or activations.
- Creative Expertise : Ability to create visually stunning, brand-consistent designs that enhance shopper engagement.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and rendering tools like V-Ray.
- Detail-Oriented : High Attention to design accuracy, Textures, lighting, and material selection.
- Project Management : Ability to handle multiple projects under strict deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Team Player : Works well with marketing teams, vendors, and production units to bring concepts to reality.
